H ow much is shipping?

We only ship by courier. The maximum shipping cost is PLN 14.99. If you buy products with a total value of PLN 300 or more, you do not pay for shipping. In this case, we cover the entire amount.

How long I have to wait for production available on request?

Most of the props we offer are in stock from our suppliers in Europe. Therefore, in order for us to be able to fulfill your order, we must first download the product to us so that it can reach you later. As a rule, such an operation takes us from 10 to 14 days. Of course, keep in mind that sometimes a product may not be available from our suppliers. In any such case, we will contact you informing you about the planned delay. You decide if you can wait longer, if you prefer to buy something else or just a refund.

How to pay for your purchases?

We are a partner of "Przelewy24". It is a very fast and convenient form of payment that supports the most popular banks, Visa and Mastercard payment cards as well as fast BLIK payments.

Do you send cash on delivery?

Currently, we do not have this option. 

Can I pay for purchases by credit card or BLIKiem?

Yes. All these methods are supported by our partner "Przelewy24".

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes of course. In the process of order fulfillment, it is enough to fill in the appropriate fields (Nazwa firmy, NIP) to receive an invoice from us.
