When you place an order or interact in other ways with the Kuglarstwo website, you will probably submit some personal data, for example; your name, phone number, postal address, email address. We store most of this information to help us fulfil orders quickly and efficiently and to speed up repeat orders.

What do we do with the information? Basically, nothing other than the services you directly requested from us (e.g.: as delivering an order or tracking a parcel). WE WILL NEVER PASS ON YOUR DETAILS TO ANY OTHER COMPANY. We hate SPAM as much as you do, and we are committed to ensuring none ever comes about as a result our actions. Only your name, address and other less sensitive data is stored in our server databases. We do have a newsletter you are free to sign up for if you want, and if you do decide to try it out you can easily unsubscribe at any time.

Adding an item to your shopping cart or otherwise purchasing an item from us constitutes a confirmation that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.

All product information shown on the website is believed to be correct and accurate. However, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
We cannot be held responsible for the total accuracy of the information that is published, though every effort is maintained to keep the information as accurate and up to date as possible. Therefore, all the actions taken by users of the goods obtained via the website are their own responsibility.

It is impossible to publish all the technical details of the products; therefore, all descriptions and images serve to give approximate description of the product. If you have any queries, we’re always happy to help. 

You can order products from us via this website. Please contact us if you require help with payment processing and systems.

All prices displayed on the website are in Euro and include VAT at the current Poland rate, but exclude delivery charges which will be added when you checkout. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order except in the instance where an error has occurred with the data making up the information which is projected through the website. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any goods you may have ordered, we will inform you as soon as we can whereupon we will give you the option of amending and processing your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, we will give you a full refund. 

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the product at the stated price. We will send you an automated email as a confirmation of your order details. This email does not necessarily mean we can meet your order.

Orders are subject to availability. If the product is available and the details of the order are correct, we will send you a further email specifying delivery details and confirming the price of the products purchased. This email will be deemed as acceptance of your order.

If the product is not available or the details of the order are not correct (your address for example) we will contact you by email, telephone or both. 

Kuglarstwo may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights (i.e. all the stuff you are legally entitled to as a consumer).

You take ownership of the products as soon as they have been delivered to the address detailed on your order.

If any damage or shortage of the products in transit happen, we recommend writing the note on the delivery/consignment note at the time of delivery. That will help us with the complaint procedure. Transit damages or shortages should be reported to us as soon as possible.

You should inspect your order immediately after delivery and inform us of any damage, error or fault as soon as possible.

You have the right to return any product to us for any reason within 14 days of delivery. On receipt of the goods you should expect to pay local import duty at your national rate, we do not have any control over these charges and they vary from country to country so we would recommend you contact someone in your area that can advise on your particular rates.

Kuglarstwo will not share, sell or pass on any of your details to third parties, except in some cases where we supply telephone numbers and email addresses to our couriers for the sole purpose of facilitating delivery; or to law enforcement authorities when it is necessary. 



You use fire props bought from Kuglarstwo at your own risk. Kuglarstwo and all associated people and organisations accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident or death caused by any of the products supplied. It is the responsibility of the performer to take the necessary precautions and to minimize hazards.

Kuglarstwo does not sell fire props to children under 18. If you are under 18, you should have bought these products under adult supervision and should continue using them under adult supervision at all times. A high level of proficiency should be attained with your prop before even considering the use of fire. Safety precautions should always be taken when performing with fire. Kuglarstwo also recommends you also take a fire safety course from and experience and qualified instructor.

It is your responsibility to use an appropriate fuel when performing with fire. Kuglarstwo cannot definitively advise on the type of fuel to use due to regional and national variations. You should consult and experienced and qualified performer in your area to determine which fuel is appropriate. You should acquire a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) when purchasing fuel and refer to this if you are in any doubt as to whether it is an appropriate fuel.

Fire breathing and eating are inherently more dangerous than fire prop spinning. Kuglarstwo does NOT recommend you take up these activities. Before you decide you want to fire breathe or eat then it is your responsibility to research this artform fully and familiarise yourself with the potential dangers and safety precautions. You MUST get instruction from an experienced and qualified performer before attempting these activities. 

Dangerous items are strictly sold as circus props and NOT weapons and must only be used in accordance with the safety information provided. These items are also not for sale to children under the age of 18.

You use "dangerous items" bought from Kuglarstwo at your own risk. Kuglarstwo and all associated people and organisations accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident or death caused by any of the products supplied. It is the responsibility of the performer to take the necessary precautions and to minimize hazards.

You use aerial acrobatics equipment bought from Kuglarstwo at your own risk. Kuglarstwo and all associated people and organisations accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident or death caused by any of the products supplied. It is the responsibility of the performer to take the necessary precautions and to minimize hazards.

Kuglarstwo has a range of aerial circus equipment. Strict safety precautions should be adhered to when using such equipment. Some of the most important precautions include, but are not limited to:
- Professional training is essential 
- Do not attempt to learn new moves from videos or books alone.
- You should never train alone.
- Rigging should be undertaken by a competent professional. Do NOT rig from trees.
- Equipment should be inspected thoroughly before every use.

It is the user’s responsibility to purchase third party insurance before performing or teaching with fire or aerial equipment. Kuglarstwo strongly recommends all users have proper insurance.
